Bookings

Booking requests made on the site are requests: no stock is held until the team confirms availability. Once validated, a deposit of 100 MAD per person aged 3 or over is requested for La Secret Beach days; the balance is paid on site. Secret Family Farm visits are paid on site, without deposit.

For same-day visits, booking is made directly via WhatsApp after the team checks availability.

Prices

Prices shown on the site are in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and may be updated at any time; the applicable price is the one confirmed when the booking is validated. Private transport is billed in euros, separately from the dirham total.

Changes and cancellation

Any change or cancellation request is made with the team via WhatsApp. The applicable conditions (deadlines, deposit treatment) are specified when the booking is confirmed.

House rules

Access to the domain implies acceptance of the house rules displayed on site, including each pool's own rules (the Bali Pool is reserved for guests aged 18 and over) and the farm's animal welfare charter.
